Angelo Naemi - Entrepreneur and Community Leader

Angelo Naemi is a business owner, real estate professional, and community advocate based in Orcutt, California. Since 2011, Angelo Naemi has served as proprietor of Naemi’s Construction, LLC, where he leads construction projects from conception to completion. His role includes planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and maintaining strong communication with clients and contractors while upholding quality standards.

In 2025, Angelo Naemi expanded his professional activities as a real estate agent with JC Properties Group. In this role, he guides clients through buying, selling, and renting property. He conducts market analysis, provides advice on home improvements and staging, negotiates transactions, and manages contracts with precision. He has built strong relationships with other real estate professionals like inspectors and mortgage brokers to provide comprehensive services to clients.

Angelo Naemi is also the founder of Camdyn’s House of Hope, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children and families in need. Through this organization, he has helped hundreds of families navigate difficult circumstances.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Naemi was a loan consultant at Wells Fargo. His achievements included recognition as a top lender nationwide with Wells Fargo, as well as membership in the Leaders Club. In his free time, he coaches youth sports and volunteers with the Boys and Girls Club. He is an alumnus of Grossmont College.
